Separate a slow game from a browser problem with a few small checks, without immediately deleting data that might contain your progress.
Narrow down the problem
Wait for the initial download, then try another game such as Ball Sort Puzzle. If only one title fails, the issue may be specific to that game. If every title fails, check your connection and try an updated browser. Close unused heavy tabs. For missing sound, interact with the game and check both its mute setting and the browser tab.
Keep your progress safe
Reload only after considering any unsaved session. A private window can help compare behavior, but it normally does not include your usual saved data. Do not clear site storage as a first step. If the issue continues, note the game URL, device, browser version and visible error so a report can be reproduced.
